Weed Barrier and Granite Installation

SCOPE:
Day 1:
Removal of all plants, mulch and a couple inches of soil in front middle bed (between driveway and road as pictured in video below)
Plants to remove:
Azaleas
Loropetelum
Liriope
Border grass
Top Soil & Grading:
Install and grade (4 yds) of topsoil to spread where sod is to be installed to optimize sod health
Irrigation:
Addition of (2) gear driven heads and moving of (1) head
(1) added on corner near where loropetelum is currently,
(1) added near corner of bed on opposite side, and moving head that is currently in middle of yard to the road to grass transition in line with others
Adjust (1) head on zone near home to allow for full coverage
(not spraying past light pole currently)
(1) pop up head replacement needed on zone around home (right in front of front door)
Day 2:
Sod Installation:
-Installation of (4) pallets Florotam St. Augustine to be delivered by R&R on morning of day 2 and dropped within demolished area to make lay down easiest.
Low Voltage Lighting (Nathan to assist)
-Repair landscape lighting and wiring in bed
where demo is to be performed
***NOTES:
-Work from driveway to alleviate any damage done to current sod. Use extreme caution to keep driveway clean and free of track marks, perform pressure washing post project completion.
