SCOPE:

(Prep) DAY 1

• Removal of all plants, sod, and mulch as signified on landscape plan. within the Phase 1 specs.

  • Level beds for planting -Dump fees associated

• *Leave Bird of paradise and Sago palm that is closest to front door (see landscape plan)

(Irrigation) - Stock/ Site One

• Pop up shrub heads with NP rotator nozzles to irrigate plants installed in phase 1 -Includes timer adjustment and inspection 1 month after install (on schedule for August 10 performed by Nathan)

(Drainage) - Site One (Orange City)

• Drainage ran for 4 downspouts

• (2) on north side of walkway ran out of bed

• (2) on south side of walkway ran under sidewalk into yard

  • 1 roll SOLID 4' corrugated

  • 4 DS adapters

  • 4 pop up emitters

Second half of this project is on hold due to weed treatment that needs to take place before plantings

(Plant install) Day 2 - TBD currently on hold until Treatment is completed

(Mulch) - West Volusia Shed on Hold

• Installation of 16.5 yds brown shredded
