 SCOPE:

• Level Out sod at fence gate LH side of yard. Gate will not close properly due to sod install level.

• Enhance French-drain area RH side yard deleting a portion of the mulch bed and demolishing all sod per spec.

• install weed barrier

• Transplant removed liriope to new french-drain bed along transition lip.

• install approx: 32’ of bed edging plastic “black”

• pick up 57 stone and install in newly formed area.

• Perform T coupling repair at valve box if community manager can repair reclaimed water valve so we are able to shut off to perform repair. Standby
