SCOPE:
(Removal)
**Amendment**
Remove broken up concrete in walkway and rake to grade $75
**Extreme caution on east side wall, irrigation wires and water line run into wall here**
(Pavers)
Install (3) pallets, roughly (380 sq ft.) of (harvest blend) pavers leaving room around the tree in south west corner.
Install a single row border around the edge of the pavers with a darker (Knights Bridge) paver. Charcoal border is to be placed 1 row in from actual edge creating a double border utilizing poly sand and paver base.
Paver base to be determined post demolition efforts.
Install paver walkway from back patio to
driveway (108 sf)Install a line of charcoal pavers every 4-5ft along walkway to create a horizontal line like sidewalk dispersion cracks.
(Drainage)
Run (2) french drains (40 ft) off of down spouts to
sidewalk edge allowing water to drain outside of
patio.(1/2) roll 4 inch solid
(2) down spout adapters
(2) pop up emitters with elbow
