Use plywood/turf protectors when operating machine on driveway or landscape.
PRE-PROJECT INSPECTIONS
(Irrigation)
Before project commencement an irrigation inspection will need to be performed to ensure proper operation and to understand system
Any amendments required must be sent to Nathan for change order approval before performing.
Inspect Mini-Skid and Grease Before use.
REMOVALS/ DEMO
(Demo)
(Front bed) $800
Remove all mulch, plants, stump etc..
(Leave cabbage palms)
Ensure grade in front of bed at a gradual or no slope for sod to meet sidewalk.
(Front bed - RH/Corner)Remove all shrubs up until crepe myrtle -Remove trinette behind crepe myrtle (under and around Ligustrum)
Prep for sod install
(Backyard)
Remove jasmine below back window
Remove dead and dying sod (grade/ prep for install) approx: 815sf
Remove mulch around oak tree in backyard (prep for sod)
(Front - Between sidewalk and road)
Remove sod
PROJECT INSTALLATIONS

Install (12) yards of pine bark to all beds on site (not back planter, or around flowers)
(Plant installs) Select Growers/ County Line
(Front bed)
(3) 3 gallon grasses to match opposing side (need to verify species)
(1) 15 gallon camellia
(6) 3 gallon Ixora
(5) 3 gallon sunshine Ligustrum
(3) trays of "flowers" perennial
(Front bed - RH/corner)
(1) tray of "flowers" to match other bed
(Back bed - next to screen enclosure)

Re-install bricks with landscape adhesive and paver base
Add potting mix in planter for customer to instal flowers
(Sod Install) R&R Delivery day prior to installation
Install (4.5) pallets of St. Augustine sod in backyard and along roadway
