SCOPE:

(Cleanup)

(Property cleanup - Front half + burn pile in back)

• Remove saplings, grass, weeds around base of all trees and spray rings around

• Weed eat and spray all fence lines

• Edge all concrete walkways/driveway (not asphalt)

• Remove all vines off of both houses

• Remove entire bed (north east corner)

• Remove all ferns/weeds from bed (north west- Garage bed)

• Remove entire bed (courtyard)

• Cut all saplings and weeds out of bed (front yard driveway)

• Shape bushes and pull all weeds behind the bushes (back courtyard - around screen)

• Remove all weeds from tennis court

• Cut all trees away from roof and building (small house)

• Remove palm tree (back of house - next to courtyard)

• Remove burn pile

• Cut all saplings out of bed (small house)
