Full property cleanup to prepare for home sale

• Remove large limbs / downed tree

• Bush hog around trees on north side of driveway

• Remove low growing tree blocking view from front of home

• Remove cluster of vines growing around stump

• Remove vines off of fence's separating front and backyards

(Around home)

• Trim Myrtles

• Remove oaks & unwanted bushes.

• Trim hedge in front window

• Trim fern off of wall 1.5 ft

• Blow all leaves and clippings away from home

• Remove appliances

(Backyard)

• Remove playset

• Trim all suckers on trees 10ft and below

• Remove sticks/limbs

• Remove vines from garden fence

• String trim inside of garden area

• You will need lawn care open trailer with 52” mower and string equipment. Ask Luke to stop by and aid.

• Standard lawn maintenance (mowing) to entire property to give it a finished look.
