Bring a handheld Sump Pump and discharge hose, it rained over the weekend which may have caused the existing swale to fill up a bit.
(Grade Work)
Re grade swale to cleanup existing erosion and ensure steady slope from road to back ditch (Erosion control) Refer to site plan for direction. Back of swale near aft most tree to be the lowest point of the slope of the swale to be graded,
(Sod)
Install (4) rolls of 4x250 ft Jute matt on both slopes sides of swale to mitigate future erosion
Install (25) pallets of Bahia sod along swale on northern side of property
Install sod on top of Jute Mat after mat has been installed
Sod to be delivered to site Tuesday Jan 9 Between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm from Hillside Farms
