SCOPE:

(Irrigation) Nathan COMPLETED

• Full system irrigation inspection & report (zone map, components outline and estimate on repairs/adjustments needed)

• Perform all repairs to system included in Estimate #1687 ($705.84)

(Removal)

• Remove "weeds" and ground cover on both sides of paver driveway, haul to waste transfer station.

• Prep/grade for sod installation (ensure swale remains intact and proper)

(Tree stake) Truck and or Site One if none left over from Jacksonville

• Stake olive tree straight with (3) Abor ties

(Sod Install) Pick Up (Thursday Morning) R&R Sod NSB, FL

• Install (4) pallets of Florotam St. Augustine (1,600sf)

• PICK UP: R&R Sod Farm (NSB, FL) THURDAY MORNING use dovetail trailer

• PICK UP PYGMY DATE THE SAME DAY USING 6.2 L F250 BED.

  • May be a hair short of completing the entire yard, if so client will make the "walkway" larger with mulch to reduce cost of additional pallet). No farms sell pallets at 450sf in our area (currently)

(Plant installs) PICK UP THURSDAY MORNING

• (1) 30 gallon Tri trunk pygmy date palm (Costal Botanics)

• (5) 3 gallon Dwarf fakatcahe grasses (native) (County Line)

• (4) 1 gallon liriope (2 super blue & 2 variegated) (County Line)

  • All plants are installed with slow release fertilizer and come with one year warranty.

(Mulch) W Volusia Shed Pick Up (Thursday)

• Install (2) yards of pine bark mulch to newly created bed around fire hydrant, mailbox, and pygmy date.
