David recommended for the volunteers to obtain a temporary irrigation system with timer rather than hand water each plant. He is concerned that dragging the hose will cause more damage to the plants and improper watering could cause a decline in health. I expect a temporary irrigation system to run between $500-$1000 in material with hoses, timer, sprinklers etc.
