Pending Change Orders as of 3/14/23: ALL INDICATED ON SITE PLAN
Create mulch bed along hedge line on western fence as indicated on site plan. area to be covered in brown shredded mulch, wrapped in steel edging surrounding existing 4 Hicks Yew hedges.
Develop beds along North fence line to taper at gate entry to allow foot traffic throuhg the grass onto the golf course.
Extend and taper north bed along back fence approx. 10-15’ along the western fence. ***only if there are extra Indian Hawthorne remaining after original installation**
Scatter jasmine plantings around queen palm in rock bed existing to build up areas fullness.
Ensure to move heads along western side of house in the rock bed to the grass outside of edging and install drip line through the bed to feed indian hawthorne. we should be able to tap into that zone out there and through a drip to the hawthorne.
Do not place any Indian Hawthorne in the garage door/ HVAC/ and Trash Bin Area other than what’s indicated on site plan.
