SCOPE:

(Prep)

• Removal of all grass/weeds inside of concrete curbing on north west side of home.

• Removal and disposal of (cardboard palms, split leaf philodendron, pygmy date palm)

  • *If possible to save plants please do and re plant at shop nursery.

  (Rock Install) - Customer supplied

  • Install home owners rock that is currently on driveway (2) yds

  • Weed barrier provided by homeowner (bring stakes and extra matt)

  • To be installed from north west corner of home to paver driveway

  (Transplant) Transplant the following:

  • Box woods to customer requested location

  • Bizmark palm to pygmy date palm hole

  • Gardenia to north east corner of fence

  • Split and spread iris throughout north bed (inside of concrete edging)

  **Transplanted plants are to be installed with soil, slow release fertilizer and a dose of super thrive**
