Pavers & Fire Pit (Sub- Silvano)

SCOPE:

Unload cams truck and leave at shop. Pick Up Pavers from Kellys’ Parents Home and transport to Kellys’ house (507 Victoria hills drive) set where designated by Kelly. 7.3 L is repaired and ready to toe dive tail with Full size skid.

Please grease full size skid before leaving and refuel while on dovetail at gas station.

Once paver delivery complete have Ethan pick up paver base needed while you return dovetail and big skid to shop. Unload paver base is paver area and fire pit area . Spread and level floating pavers and fire pit kit, leave Silvano’s paver area in pile for them to spread. Install edging and seashell if time permits.

(Prep)

• Adjust Irrigation out of fire pit and paver areas prior to demo to make for an easier scraping with Mini-Skid

• Remove sod and soil for pavers/firepit area Paver pad

  • To be lowered to allow for base and paver installs (Approx 5-7 inches base)

• Remaining fire pit area to be lowered (3 inches)

  • Soil to be dumped in Bahia field and graded (NONE hauled away)

(Irrigation)

• Move heads outside of patio/firepit area -Adjust accordingly.

(Pavers) - Silvano (SMR Pavers for Install)

• Customer to Supply Pavers (2.5 pallets)

  • DEMO existing sod within customers designated area behind home

    • Paver installation for roughly 12x26 (Wall to Post)

  • 315 sq ft. Pavers supplied by customer.

  • Herrin bone pattern (Pictured Below)

  • 5 yds of base for entire project (GEL RECYCLING - Orange City)

    • 3 yds utllized for pavers

    • 2 yds. utilized for fire pit area

(Firepit)

• Volusia Mulch & Stone

  • Fire Pit Kit

  • 2 Tubes of landscape adhesive Material

  • Kit to be set on paver base to alleviate any shifting.

(Rock Install)

• West Volusia Shed

  • 2.5 tons of washed shell to be installed between stepping stones

(Edging)

• SIte One

  • Permaloc premium aluminum edging to outline firepit area (rock retention)

(Stepping Stones)

• Lowes

  • Stepping stones to be placed in a grid pattern (Same as Sally Soderbloms)
