SCOPE:

*(55) 7 Gal. ‘Alphonse Karr’ Bamboo: Ready for pick up 9/11/23 @ 8:00 AM Coastal Botanics. Send Ethan while you and Alex work on completing the french drain.

(French Drain)

• Install French drain system to mitigate water issues on eastern side of Florida room

  -(3 down spouts)

• Run 4 inch solid pipe from down spouts to 6 inch perforated that will run the length of home (north and south)

• 6 inch pipe is to be connected with T's and shall be laid in a trench with weed barrier and 57 stone.

(Plant Installation)

• Install 55 Alphonse Karr along Eastern Fence Line to neighbors driveway as pictured in the site plan

• NO BED TO BE INSTALLED

• we will be relocating any heads in the way of planting lines and adjusting those heads to cover plants for watering needs. plants are to be planted in the grass line with no bed definition. please use soil and slow release for each bamboo plant planted.

(IRRIGATION)

• Only transporting heads away from planting areas. and adjusting to cover new plants.

ERIC: on the following “Plantings” Site map disregard the irrigation info an follow directions on website also we have switch from Asian Lemon Bamboo to the Alphonse Karr listed on website. Only pay attention to the placement of plants on this site map. We WILL NOT be creating a bed line for these plants simply plugging them in the grass in a straight line along fence line and adjusting existing rotor heads to water grass and plants sufficiently.
