SCOPE:

You will be meeting Daniel Hickey who is the GC on this project in the morning, it is extremely important that they are on time and are mindful of his schedule. They are working another job tomorrow so he will be all over the place and on a time crunch. 

(Prep)

• Remove all mulch, plants, and debris from 3 courtyard beds

  • Leave 2 bottle brush trees on corners of beds (DO NOT REMOVE)

(Plant install) All plants placed on mat away from nursery at the shop

Corner beds:

• Install (20) 3 gallon loropetulum

• Install (18) 3 gallon sunshine Ligustrum

• Install (24) 1 gallon bulbine

• Install (44) 1 gallon liriope Center bed:

• Install (1) 7 gallon Firebush

• Install (20) 1 gallon mexican heather

• Install (6) 1 gallon pentas

• Install (10) 1 gallon coneflower

  • * All plants are to be installed with soil and slow release fertilizer and are warrantied for health up to 1 year after install.

(Mulch Install)

• Install (8-10) yards of cypress mulch (mulch to be determined by Eric on site) project calls for 12 but cam doesn’t believe we will need 12.

(Irrigation)

• Irrigation must be verified by a certified irrigation technician prior to project commencement. Timer must be in full operation with a rain sensor installed, zone must be free of breaks/clogs and all heads in proper operation.

  • A separate inspection will be preformed by McBride on the day of removal any adjustments

• Mark all heads with flags 

• Plant Placement is discretionary but plants are to be put in the beds indicated on bid 

• Bring hoses to water plants in with

• Bring needle nose pliers to open water spigots (or spigot key) last weekend none in v10 

• Bring arbor stakes and ties to secure eastern bottle brush (leaning, easily straightened and secured) 

• Ensure to water all plants with superthrive

• V10, Mini Skid Sure Trac with rails

• Cam Full Size Skid and dovetail for deliveries

• Backpack Blower

• Wheel Barrels

• Irrigation Boxes
