Project Touch Ups

SCOPE:

• Complete original project and secondary project touch ups if time permits and GTI is on hold due to contractors and weather situation.

(Rock Installation)

Complete the cutting of the concrete by the A/C unit in order to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing look, straight cuts at a 90 degree angle coming off the house to the best of your ability.

• Determine which rock is currently in the front mulch beds and match at Volusia Mulch and Stone will need roughly 1 yd. total to fill in the entire area around A/C unit within fencing and under new fence mating with paver driveway back to the turf that starts on the golf putting pad.

(Paver Reinstall)

• The fencing contractors needed to remove the line of pavers along the red wooden storage unit side. Using the angle grinder please cut these stones back into place to fit within the new layout. Bring a couple of spares in case of miscues of breaks in the pavers. Try your best to use the pavers there because they already have a seal on them.

(Concrete Border Touch UP)

• The concrete surrounding the bottom of the stairs final step that we installed on the mulch bed project is breaking apart. Please bring a half bag of concrete and repair if possible, this will depend on weather if its raining I wouldn’t advise doing this task and I can handle at a later date when I reinstall their lighting in the front yard when the new bulbs come in.
