SCOPE: Drainage Installation/ Demo/ Plant Installations

Notes:

Cam: “We will have to use neighbors property on west side of wall for pipe. Save all sod where removing bed for plants to use as replacement for top of trenches. Use weed barrier as a tarp for dirt in trenches, do not allow barrier or dirt to sit on sod for more than 6 hours (one side at a time) No machine use permitted onsite.”

MONDAY MORNING PICK UP (SITE ONE) Procurement below!

(Drainage)

Run 4" corrugated pipe from each downspout to backyard and install pop up emitters to allow rain water to dissipate into lawn.

West side:

• 1 stand alone downspout

• 2 downspouts and 1 pool drain

  • (2) down spout adapters

  • (1) 12 inch nds drain box

    • (to catch pool drain and southern downspout flow)

  • (1) pop up emitter

  • (1) 4" T

  • (125') 4" solid corrugated.

East side:

• 1 stand alone downspout, 2 downspouts

  • (3) down spout adapters

  • (1) 4" wye

  • (1) pop up emitter

  • (80') 4" corrugated

(Removals)

• Remove stand alone bush on eastern side of home with double downspout to allow trenching for pipe install.

• Remove sunshine Ligustrum hedges along west side pool screen

(Plant install)

• Bed Creation: Create bed along back property line and install Viburnum hedge line for privacy and sound barrier. Customer requested larger plants for faster results.

Steps:

• Inspect irrigation to ensure no heads are in the way of removal

• Rremove sod to create bed for plantings

• Install (7) 30 gallon sweet viburnum at 4 ft spacing.

• Adjust irrigation to ensure plants are receiving adequate water

• Pool Screen: Install (5) 3 gallon sunshine Ligustrum where large ones where removed by pool screen.

(Mulch)

• Install (2) yds. of brown mulch.

(Irrigation)

• Repair drip line behind pool screen
