INITIAL CLEANUP (1x visit, 1 crew 12 man hours)
Includes:

• Remove all vines and weeds from plants and bushes surrounding property

• Trim all hedges and plants

• Cut bushes off of driveway and reduce the height by 1 foot (azaleas)

• Cut bushes away from ac unit and pool equipment

• Remove leaves and debris from beds

• 1 trailer load of debris hauled away

”1) Back gate for 28 inch mower is accessible from golf course
2) Spend 10 extra minutes every 2 services to ensure no weeds or vines growing throughout landscape.
3) Trim half of the viburnum on street (left side of driveway) and the entire hedge on the right side.”
