SCOPE:

COMPLETE:

  • Mulch

  • Flower Installs

(Removals/ Clean Up)

  • Remove dead sod (east side of entry island)

  • Remove Hawaiian Ti's around entry sign

  • Remove boxwoods (west side of entry island)

  • Remove dead/dying Arbicola in front entry island

  • Cleanup hedges, weeds, and bed lines behind fence along roadway

  • Remove vines, moss, sticks and debris from Hawthorne and Loropetulum bed (north side entrance)

  • Cleanup travelers palms (north side entrance)

  • Remove all Indian Hawthorne on south side entrance fence line

  • Cleanup all grass/vines and unruly plant growth inside of beds in landscape preserve area

  • Remove Podocarpus behind Thyralis

  • Remove 4 liriope to allow spacing for matching plumbago and fire cracker on either side of viburnum

  • Remove liriope behind and in front of firebush in most eastern bed in landscape reserve

  • Trim Viburnum hedge that stretches along the length of landscape reserve

(Irrigation)

  • Irrigation inspection prior to work commencement to ensure all newly installed plants will receive adequate water.

    • All repairs and adjustments/recommendations

(Plant installs)

  • (ENTRY ISLAND)

    • (4) 3 gallon Arbicola

    • (7) 3 gallon holly

    • (20) 1 gallon mexican heather to be installed where sod and box woods are to be removed

    • (8) trays of 4 inch periwinkle (vinca)

  • (ENTRY FENCELINES)

  • (75) 3 gallon indian hawthorne

  • (3) trays 4 inch periwinkle (vinca)

  • (LANDSCAPE RESERVE)

    • (6) loropetulum behind bulbine

    • (3) trays 4 inch angelonia infront of bulbine (bed2)

    • Transplant (1) muhly grass

    • Transplant (5) clusters of agapanthus to center of bed (bed3)
      (2) 3 gallon plumbago on either side of viburnum hedge
      (4) 3 gallon fire cracker

**All plants installed with soil and slow release fertilizer**

(Mulch) Volusia Mulch & Shed

  • Install (50) yards of pine bark minis to front entry and landscape reserve beds

(Fertilization)

  • Fertilize (6) round bushes along south fence line (hollys?)
