Driveway Paver Extension (Sub: SMR)

SCOPE: Paver Extension Demo & Prep (Driveway)

(Removal)

  • Prep and Demo area for paver extension refer to site plan below to be flagged on site by cam for shape of final paver extension.

(Paver Base)

  • Install 4 yards of paver base (CRUSH-Debary or Gel whoever has in stock at date of project)

(Pavers) SMR Sub*

  • Extend driveway to the west and south to allow better turning into garage and parking. (Roughly 220sf)

  • SMR to install (2) Pallets of pavers (customer choice of color- Volusia mulch and stone)

(Deliveries)

  • (2) pallets of Tremron ‘Glacier"‘ pavers (3 part) 228 sq ft. to be delivered Thursday afternoon awaiting timeframe from Gordon Supply to be determined by Wednesday afternoon. please place in mulch beds next to paver installation area.

Equipment:

  • 7.3L SureTrac w rail

  • Mini-Skid

  • Irrigation Boxes

  • Irrigation Pipe (1/2”) (1”) (1.5”)

  • Weed Barrier for debris to not affect grass.
