(Removal)

• Remove sod in front of lots:

• 301-303 Tammie sue

• 105-107 Tammie sue

• 109 Tammie sue

• 205-207 Walter stevens

• 105-107 Merlot St.

(Sod Installation)

• Replace all lots above with Florotam ST. Augustine (2 pallets)

• Sod to be picked up after dump run from R&R by Eric.

(Irrigation)

• Irrigation inspection prior to work commencement to ensure all newly installed grass will receive adequate water.

  • All repairs and adjustments/recommendations

Equipment:

• 7.3 L/ Sure Trac with Rails/ Mini Skid.
