SCOPE:

Demolition/ Clean Up:

Driveway & Garage:

• Complete strip of LH bed next to front door

• Remove rose bushes on RH side of front door

• Remove Angel trumpet within liriope

• Trim split leaf philodendron

  • remove encroaching branches

• Remove all Hi-Ti in bed next driveway

• Remove dead/dying shrubs next to garage

• Remove any and all palmettos growing throughout the landscape

• Trim (3) sabal palmettos in bed next to driveway

• Remove ferns (2) ft from driveway (adding mulch here)

• Remove vines, saplings, and unwanted trees within fern next to driveway

• Remove overhanging split leaf philodendron on driveway

• Remove weeds growing in walkway leading to backyard

• Trim all hedges

• Trim jasmine ground cover

• Cut back azalea next to pool equipment

• Remove overhanging branches and ferns along walkway wall

• Remove jasmine growing on back fence

• Trim unwanted trees in the back corner bed

• Remove debris in back corner bed

• Remove conifer on left side of home

  • (stump will remain)

• Remove vines from azalea on left side of home

• Remove weeds and vines growing in aloe plants around front oak trees

• Remove all plants and mulch in pool screen.

  • (leave Bird of paradise)

• Trim dead off of bird of paradise

• Trim gingers and spider plants behind pool

(Mulch)

• -Install (5) yards of cypress mulch in all front beds, along driveway, and pool equipment

(Plants)

• Transplant (5) liriope into bed with sabal palm - to line front edge
  Transplant (5) liriope into LH bed next to door - Behind oleander

• Install (3) oleander (LH bed, RH, and where shrubs were removed next to garage)
