SCOPE:
Day 1
(PREP/ DEMO)
Recommendation: Have Colby complete Demolition portion while you and Chris head to Port Orange to finish sod installation. Stop by Site one and purchase materials on the way back in town off the Orange city exit down veteran memorial to site one. Supplies will be purchased ready for pick up by 11:00 am.
Remove large "hump" in back corner next to Florida room.
Ensure grade slopes towards the ditch by the road.
Dig Trench(Length: 80ft, Width: 1", Depth: 14-16”) to prep for French drain,
Ensure to slope trench down toward the drive way in order to leach out at pop up valve.

(Drainage Installation)
Install 4” Pipe (Corrugated Sock) and NDS Inlet (12X12’) ON WEST SIDE OF HOME, CONNECT DOWN SPOUTS FROM GARAGE AND CORNER OF HOME TO 12X12 BASIN THAT IS TO BE PLACED IN ROCK BETWEEN CORNER OF HOME AND WOODEN BOX THAT IS DESIGNED TO CATCH WATER FROM NEXT DOOR**
Install pop-up valve at the driveway transition at end of drain line.
Gravel Fill Trench, grade areas where sod install is to happen day 2.
DAY 2
(SOD INSTALLATION) R&R Pick Up
1.5 pallets of Bahia sod
Grade and install sod where hump was removed and trench for french drain
Clean out current box and piping that is ran out to ditch on east side **next to hump**
(remove lid, cleanout dirt, run hose into pipe, remove grass away from outlet and ensure water flow)
