SCOPE:
DAY 1
(Grade Work)
14 linear ft to be level with Bottom Step of back porch steps
Re grade backyard to mitigate water pooling or running towards back doors
(use removed soil to raise grade by door)
Raise level of soil to within 2 inches of bottom of door. -Take down grade of "sodded area" allowing pitch to fall away from back doors. (22x26)
Pick Up and Install Top Soil (if needed) - Grand Ave
Install 3 yds of Paver Base in Paver Areas indicated on (Site plan 1.2)
(Retaining Wall)
Installed on the south side of "paver area" where stairs lead to back porch.
56 blocks Item #970819 (Lowes)
2 tubes of landscape adhesive.
Bottom blocks to be sunk at least half way under the ground and on minimum 3 inches paver base
DAY 2
(Floating Paver Area)
(80 give or take) Item #300845 pavers
Placed with 4 inches between allowing for rock
(Edging) SITE ONE
2 rolls of (Dimex EdgePro ProLip Poly Landscape Edging Black 5 in. x 60 ft)
Install Edging surrounding Fire Pit Area, Any left over edging can be left for client or used to outline bed along stairs if enough is leftover
(Weed barrier) BWI (Pick up Stakes to (x3) Boxes
Installation of weed Barrier for under all rock areas within pavers
DAY 3
(Rock Install) VOLUSIA MULCH & STONE
Install approx. 3 yds of 1/2" granite rock in between pavers and down walkway to create fire pit sitting area.
(Sod Install) R&R for Pick Up
Install 1 pallet of florotam St. Augustine
(Irrigation) CAUTION
May run into sprinkler lines depending on depth required. -If lines damaged team will notify homeowner and discuss the possibility of repair. -If repair is not desired by homeowner breaks will be flagged for locating.
