Preventative Maintenance / Grading Project / Admin Training

Outside of Project (morning & afternoon tasks)

• Tighten Tracks on Mini Skid

• Grease all Mini-Skid grease points

• Clean up V10 bed and cabin & Oil change.

• Place all pallets not against the fence throughout the yard behind the maintenance pavilion area to be ready to bring to R&R the next sod day.

• Prune/ Weed nursery plants as needed.

• After Project, meet with Nathan at office for admin training and applicants review. Give a 30 minute heads up when ready and able to meet.

SCOPE:

• Project: Supplying 8 yds of topsoil to site and grading.

• Level off area where Palm Stumps were removed on north and west sides of home.

  • to be Level with top of drain field to the north. (1-2” below sod height)
