• Removal of dead dying sod within front yard area.

(Sod Install) R&R SOD

• Install (1) pallet of Florotam St. Augustine

(Notes)

• Areas to be replaced are self explanatory in front lawn where dead or dying out. I have concerns about the eastern side of the yard

• Use turf protection when using machine on driveway or sod to prevent damage or marking up driveway

• Drop down Irrigation head in north west corner of walkway 2 inches above soil
