Remove sod on south side of home (37x8’)
Remove mulch in front beds
Grade sand on north side of property (between concrete and fence), ensure rock level is level or slightly above concrete lip to retain
GROUND COVER INSTALLATIONS:

Weed barrier to be installed anywhere rock is to be installed (approx. 1230sf)

Install white granite in front beds

Install recycled dot #4 as "driveway" to shed

Dimex edge prolip poly edging between fence and home on south side of yard to separate lawn from "Drain field" rock.
Measurements to be taken on day one of project once final plan is devised with Cam, Bob or Nathan to run procurement

Customer to move all vehicles and trailers off of concrete and asphalt prior to work to ensure access with machines
Customer to remove swing/hammock wooden feature
Any irrigation to be capped or moved by homeowner
Payment: Crew (Ethan or Bob) to receive 50% deposit check before project commencement
