SCOPE:
(Cleanup) Do not trim blooms of of any plants
Trim all bushes in back yard to create clean and manicured look
Remove all weeds and undergrowth in azalea on east side (pool equipment)
Spray any small weeds that do not require removal
Trim live oak (shaped like bush) near pool equipment
Trim Robellini palm in western corner of wall -Remove weeds and undergrowth in holly bushes against wall
Remove vines growing in bushes
Spray all weeds throughout front landscape
Remove St. Augustine growing into liriope next
(Removal)
Removal of all sod in backyard
Removal of sod in front yard for St. Augustine installation
(Mulch)
Install (8) yards of pine bark mulch to all beds surrounding pool and visible for wedding ceremony
Install (6.5) yards of pine bark mulch to newly created bed next to driveway and light top dress for color on beds around home
(Sod) SOD BEING DELIVERED BETWEEN 12:00 PM-4:00 PM: Monday Morning
Nathan to be notified of delivery time morning of.
Install (8) pallets of centipede sod
(Grandview Farms: Ocala - Needs 2 days heads up)
(Front Yard Sod) Grandview Farms
Install (1) pallet of St. Augustine in front lawn bare spots and dead area around live oak.

Trim dead fronds off of palm inside of courtyard area
Trim palm on south west corner of home
Trim all bushes in front yard
(Notes)
Project must be completed before December 13th
Use plywood and tarps to ensure concrete and sod is protected from staining, scratches, or damage.
Irrigation report will be sent via email within 10 days of inspection to be performed by Nathan on the 13th.
