Cleanup Tasks

• Complete removal within all (4) Flower beds on property

• Remove all vegetation except for:

  • Ornamentals in driveway bed

  • Liriope in garage bed

• Cut all stumps within bed to ground level

• Edge beds northeast of home and back cottage

  • The goal is to have these beds to a level of prep that Larry can go in and only have to install weed fabric and his ground coverings and plants in the future.

• Remove Weeds behind shrubs by screen porch

• Edge the parking pad in front of cottage door

• Weedeat behind fence at southwest corner of tennis court.

• Remove small dead orange tree if possible

• Cut 2 sun vine stumps at tennis court to the ground

• Finish Weed eating the inside gate at garage side of main house.

• Repair sprinkler at cottage flower bed.
