SCOPE:

(Notes)

• Use turf protectors and or plywood to protect driveway from machine marring or staining

• Irrigation inspection must be done during window. (11-2pm on Wednesdays)

• Please ensure irrigation inspection is done adequately to ensure new plantings prior to installs.

(Backyard)

• Remove plants and bushes around patio (grill area)

  • Leave macho ferns

• Remove all leaves and debris from beds and yard

• Remove vines from holly bushes

  • Trim/shape holly bushes

• Remove creeping vine growing into holly bed

• Remove weeds from mondo grass

• Remove vines from oak trees

• Trim palm tree

(Front yard)

• Remove dead/dying viburnum on northern border

• Remove liriope

• Remove variegated ginger next to front door

• Remove schillings next to walkway

• Remove grasses Infront of Ligustrum along walkway

(Front beds / Against home)
