Drainage Trenches must be hand dug. Use extreme caution on both north and south sides of home for electrical and gas lines. Gas lines are painted out, electrical on south side is not.

(2 downspouts on south eastern corner of home)
Run (TBD) ft of solid corrugated pipe for underneath upcoming pavers
3ft past future pavers switch to perforated pipe w/rock and run (TBD) ft into catch basin buried underground on wood line to act as "leach field" FLOW WELL
Punch Holes in the punch outs of the flow well
Rock to be installed 2-3’ down underneath basin
Rock to be installed 1’ on each side.

Install 12" NDS box, attach rain chains to top, run (TBD) ft of 4" perforated corrugated pipe to pop up emitter.
(2 downspouts on north western corner of home)
Install (2) 12" NDS boxes and attach rain chains to top, run 4" solid corrugated into wye and into pop up emitter on wood line. May need to shorten run depending on root systems.
(1 downspout on north eastern corner of home)
Run (TBD) ft 4" solid corrugated pipe into pop up emitter on wood line.
Bring in/use soil from site to build up area in corner and re set failing pavers/concrete border within the pool fence.
(Install rail tie drainage system around concrete driveway with gravel fill in middle allowing for water to traverse driveway and enter drainage system)
