SCOPE:

(Notes)

• Re use removed rocks wherever home owner requests

• Customer to re use cut pavers

• Cam to paint outlines on site at start of project

(Removal)

• Remove weeds for wall/rock and paver walkway

(Dump) On Site

• Throw removed sod, soil, weeds into cleared area in front area to save money for customer on disposal fees.

(Block Wall) Lowes

• Install wall on eastern side of pool house 18 inch away from building connecting to existing wall (2 blocks high) to the eastern gate.

  • (65) blocks

(Rock Install) Volusia Mulch & Stone

• Install (2) yards of granite rock inside of wall.

(Pavers) Volusia Mulch & Stone

• Install walkway from back gate to door of garage using pavers to match existing pool deck.

  • Walkway should be curved to home owners preference

  • 160 sqft. (2 pallets)
