SCOPE:

(Irrigation Div):

Install complete new irrigation system in front yard of home including 3 zones.

• Zone (1) to cover main lawn area in front lawn using gear driven rain bird rotor heads.

• Zone (2) to cover interior of walkway and beds along front of home using rainbird spray heads.

• Zone (3) to cover east/North side of driveway.

Irrigation Notes:

Nathan to visit site Monday Feb 12 for measurements and layout plan.

• (3) 1.5 inch Hunter PGV valves with flow control.

• (1) Rainbird ESP-ME smart controller with WIFI capabilities.

• (1) Wireless Rain bird rain/freeze sensor to be installed
  
  
  

(Enhancement Div):

(Removal)

• Remove all shrubs/plants and mulch in front beds, Crape myrtle, pygmy date and dead tree in front lawn.

(Drainage)

(Install underground drainage with pop up emitters at downspouts around home)

• Front: (4 Ds) ran 20ft away from home to the south

• Back (Pool drain and DS): Box drain installed and ran under sidewalk into bed with pop up emitter

Notes:

- This estimate is meant as a start to the process of design and install front landscape, once a budget is understood and customer preference on style and maintenance requirements is outlined I will begin the design and estimate for new plants/ground cover for the beds.
