SCOPE:

(Mulch Removal)

  • Remove red mulch in front islands.


(Mulch Installs)

(Zone 1)

  • Install (17) yards of pine bark mulch 2 inches thick to all landscape beds in front of homes


(Zone 2 )

  • Install (5) yards of pine bark mulch to parking lot area


(Zone 3 )

  • Install (18) yards of pine bark mulch to front islands and all landscape beds visible by road


(Pine straw installation)

  • Install (60) Bales of pine straw on Hill along Tammie Sue Ln.


(Paver repair)

  • Repair sunken pavers @ 311 Tammie sue


(Drainage)

  • Ensure downspout drainage is working properly and clean out any debris inhibiting water flow @ 311 Tammie sue
