SCOPE:

NOTE:

• Before heading to site please install new canopy cover on Sure Trac, ensure the mini skid is greased and remove all debris and trash from the shop. Nathan to perform Irrigation inspection at 7:30 AM Monday morning before crew arrives on site and discuss repairs with customer to be performed while crew performs clean up.

(Irrigation) Monday Feb 26 @ 8:00 am

• Full system inspection and report (Free for existing lawn customers) Any recommended repairs will be billed separately and sent for approval before commencement.

(Cleanup)

• Remove "weeds" and unwanted plants/vines growing in any plants in all landscape areas on site (any weeds that can be dug out instead of cut out of plant will be dug out to prevent future growth)

• Remove sticks/limbs that are dead in the wooded area on back of home

• Remove any moss in plants

• Trim variegated arbicola off of electrical components

• Trim cabbage palm on corner of wooded area and remove weeds growing around it.

• Remove dead tree in front yard (uproot/dig out for replacement)

• Remove 2 dead azaleas

(Plant install)

• Install (2) 3 gallon fashion azaleas.

• Install (1) 30 gallon winged elm in place of dead tree in front yard

• Install (10) 3 gallon loropetalum against home in bed where blue daze died off.

(Mulch)

• Install (8) yards of cypress mulch (light top dress to all landscape beds)
