NOTES:
Do not damage pines or the root system (leave palmettos very close to pine if needed).
Be very easy on sod
Dead oak tree on northern side of driveway will need to be removed to fit machine into backyard without impeding on driveway.
Use plywood for areas where turning the machine
Plywood to be used to mitigate any damages to sod and extreme caution will be exercised to help assist in this matter.
There will be waste from our cuts when installing patio so the total sf will likely be closer to 220.
When doing removal of sod save any good pieces for any disturbed areas by machines. (Sod was recently installed)
No irrigation

Clear palmettos in back yard from property line to pine trees
Cut straight path down property line to back line for fence install
(Plant/ Mulch install)
Install (2) 7ft Sylvester palms (one in replacement of dead oak tree and second on south side of driveway in line with other)
Install 10 bags of pine bark mulch around base of palms
Save sod when removing bed for south side palm (use in disturbed areas - if any)
(Pavers)
Install (2) pallets or (248 sf) of Glacier pavers (10ft off of concrete porch and a few feet on either side of porch or as wide as able with the amount of blocks)
Install pavers in a T set Pattern (Tremron Oldtowne 3 set Glacier)
