SCOPE:

(Removal)

• Remove existing wall with the intent to re use the wall blocks on wall extension.

• If wall does not come apart well due to glue there will be a need for more blocks.

(Notes)

• Ewen's Outdoor to handle grade and cut out for wall
  All utilities, drainage, ac units etc. are to be marked or moved prior to installation

• Wall will not have matching caps (can remove existing caps to make uniform) TBD by Camren on day 1 of project.

(Retaining wall)

• Install tiered retaining wall with matching blocks from existing wall approx. 35 ft stepping down to match grade
