Full system irrigation inspection & report (zone map, components outline and estimate on repairs/adjustments needed)
All Repairs Completed
(Cleanup)
Cut back Ligustrum hedge to window level
Trim schillings into globes
Trim Indian Hawthorne into lower globes
Remove jasmine inside of blue line
Remove any and all Virginia creeper or other vines
Remove rubber mulch
(Soil)
Amend front of bed where rubber mulch is currently with 1/2 yd of garden soil & fertilizer
Sprinkle preen (pre emergent) into area to prevent weeds
Crew will not be able to keep weeds out of flower area with herbicide, some hand weeding and pre emergent will need to be performed by homeowner.
(Plant install)
Install 2 trays of annuals into front part of bed (where rubber mulch is)
Based on timing of approval will dictate the flowers available at the nursery.
(Irrigation) To Be Handled by Enhancement Crew (David or Eric)
Re install drip line to cover all newly installed flowers
