SCOPE:

(Patio Prep) Ethan, Nate & David

Install 5 Yds. of Paver Base, Compact and Level on Back East Corner of Home, Nathan will be on site working with crew to perform site walk through. Paver base will elevate area roughly 2-4” compacted.

(Irrigation) Nathan

Install Irrigation line off of existing hose bib to NDS Valve box and install anti siphon valve for future use. (System is currently a 3/4” system)

(Dog Run Prep) Ethan & David

Demo/Grade and level area by Shed in back east corner of back yard and install landscape fabric within 75 degree shape for dog run area installing any additional paver base from patio area within this area.

(Haul)

Remove all items advised by Nathan within carport area for dump run to grand ave.

(Tree Cleanup)

Remove branches over hanging back yard tree house leaving main lead in tact.

(Drainage)

Install 1 Solid Drain roughly 10, off back gutter by new patio area to a pop up relief valve 4”
