SCOPE:

(Removal)

  • Remove all rock and current landscape edging around pool house and equipment to prep for new rock installation in that area.

  • Remove sod for paver extension as per site plan.

(Block Wall)

  • Install retaining/edging wall around pool house and equipment to retain all rock into beds

    • 2 blocks high from fence to round the corner of north side

    • 1 block height throughout remainder of bed

      • Product: Belgard #16203327 (75)

(Pavers)

  • -Install walkway from gate out approx. 10ft at 4’ Width

    • 10x4 - 40sf

  • (1) pallet of harvest blend pavers to match existing pool deck

  • All left over pavers are to be left onsite wherever customer requests for future projects.

(Drainage Task 1)

  • Run 2 SOLID 4 inch corrugated pipes from downspouts that connect into 4 inch perforated sock pipe with drain rock and a pop up emitter in the low spot

  • Add (2) 12 inch NDS boxes that allow pool overflow and water treatment system to disperse water into perforated sock pipe.

(Drainage Task 2)

  • Install 12 inch NDS box under shower head to allow water from shower to enter newly installed drainage system

  • Pull pavers and adjust in a fashion that slopes water towards drain

  • Cut pavers around drain box and re install

(Mulch)

  • Spread wood chip mulch in front area that is cleared (dump loads) LH Side of home when pulling up to Kays.

(Weed barrier)

  • Install weed barrier under all rocked areas

(Rock Install)

  • Install (7) yards of granite rock around pool house and equipment

    • Kay wants rock to be very thick

(Mulch)

  • Spread wood chip mulch in front area that is cleared (dump loads) LH Side of home when pulling up to Kays.

(Irrigation)

  • Install hose spigot off of water system while pavers are pulled up

  • Mount spigot to wall close to fence about 2.5-3 ft above pavers

  • If customer provides paint to match, paint pipe and brackets to match existing wall

    Equipment:

  • 7.3L SureTrac with rails

  • V10 and U Dump

  • Mini Skid

  • Backpack Blower

  • Irrigation Boxes
