(Removal)

  • Remove live oak closest to garage

  • Remove unwanted underbrush and weeds surrounding well


(Grade Work)

  • Reduce slope from existing sod to garage sidewalk

  • Please note that this will not be perfect due to the existing grade that the house is on, this is merely an attempt to reduce the drop off from existing sod to garage.

  • Create 12x23 "parking spot" on northern side of garage (Front to 2nd window)

(Rental) RESERVED

  • Eric & Ethan to pick up Mini-Excavator, Tuesday from Volusia Rental (DeLand)

  • Machine comes with 2 5/16” Ball Hitch and trailer. crew at Volusia Rental will perform walk through on how to operate equipment. Must be returned by Wednesday at 8:00 am back to Volusia Rental.

  • Excavator rental for tree removal and line creation (24 hours)


(Retaining Wall)

  • Install retaining wall ( 2 ft x 35 ft along eastern side , 7 ft extensions on either corner to create U shape - extensions to step down)

  • Material: Stonegate - Glacier or Granite (3 cubes wall blocks, 1 cube wall cap)

    • Tuesday Jan 30 (Delivery) from Gordon supply to site between 7:30 am - 10:00 am

(Plant install)

  • (1) 45 gallon southern live oak

  • Design and plant selection for behind retaining wall and well area should be decided after finished wall. Cam to visit site post wall completion to determine plants and layout.

  • Plants to be installed with slow release fertilizer. There is no warranty on plants due to lack of irrigation. Plants should be hand watered daily until established ensuring full soil saturation.


(Sod) Pick up from RNR Sod (NSB, FL)

  • (2) pallets of Bahia sod installed


(Mulch) Cams Moms House

  • Pick Up 6 yard of natural mulch from Cams mothers house in Lake Helen

    • 267 Baxter Rd. (Lake Helen FL)

  • Install (6) yards of natural mulch (tree chips) in "L" shape bed and around well pump area


(Rock) Volusia Mulch & Stone

  • Install (4) yards of 57 stone in newly created "parking spot"

  • Install nursery cloth to limit weeds

  • Install dimex pro lip edging along exterior edges of rock (not the front lip)

    • (Dimex Pro - Site One)
