UNLOCKING DOOR: Code is 1436
LOCKING DOOR: To lock if you’re outside just close the door and simply hit the lock symbol and the door will lock. Please confirm the door is locked prior to leaving the property, if you’re locking and you’re inside just turn the thumb knob manually, if you leave the property without locking it, will remain open all day.
HOUSE RULES: All reservations MUST be made by individuals age 21 or older. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests. Parties are not permitted and if receiving a temporary visit that is not declared on you reservation must notify us so we can add to the security list.
Absolutely No Smoking anywhere inside the house. The fee for smoking (as reported by maids if the house smells of cigarettes or ashes found) is $250.
Please respect the neighbors: maintain quiet hours and no noise after 11 PM
Before you leave: Strip the bedding from all the beds that were used during your stay, put the bedding and all used towels in front of the washer (do not start the washer).
Trash: Gather all trash bags and take it to the dumpster area located on the back of the clubhouse near the exit. bin outside. Do not put unbagged food leftovers into the trash bins! Make sure you do not leave any food that can spoil in the fridge.
Leaving:
Move all furniture and items back to original locations
Set thermostat to 75 when leaving
Check all doors and windows to ensure they are locked Notify us via App when you've checked out.
