SCOPE: FULL PROPERTY "FACE LIFT"
Eric & Christian to fill dump trailer with debris from jobsite and pick up mulch after dumping at grand ave recycling station*
Lawn Maintenance Team & Landscape Team Tasks:
Trim all hedge/shrubs, cut large Ligustrum in very front to allow visibility out of window
Spray, remove, or cut out all weeds and vines in beds and growing on trees and in bushes
Trim (2) palms behind pool enclosure, and Pygmy date palms on back fence
Limb up magnolias in front beds to allow for mowing
Full property mowing and standard maintenance procedures.
(Irrigation) Full system inspection and adjustments Includes: Timer, head and nozzle adjustments, diagnosis on any major repairs.
(Mulch) -Mulch all beds surrounding home and in islands (VOLUSIA MULCH & STONE)
Roughly (9) yards pine bark, less or more material will be added or deducted to final invoice to show accurate quantity's used. Eric to record final quantity and determine on site amount needed before mulch pick up.
